Shipping policy

TERMS OF DELIVERY

The purchased items are delivered through Omniva parcels. The Buyer is responsible for any fees and taxes required to receive the shipment at the delivery destination. Shipping costs are shown before confirming the order, and the goods are sent to the specified Omniva parcel selected by the Buyer.

The Seller ensures the delivery of the ordered goods (handover to the Omniva package) within three days after receiving the order.

If the Buyer is from a country other than Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania, the Seller will coordinate with the Buyer regarding the receipt of the goods and associated costs before issuing the invoice.

The product is dispatched to the Buyer within three days after the invoice payment is received.

The Seller does not bear responsibility for the delivery terms of the goods supplier.

BUYER'S RIGHTS FOR NON-CONFORMING GOODS

The seller is not accountable for issues arising after the goods are delivered to the buyer. If the purchased items have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer can ask for the defects to be fixed or request a replacement with new defect-free goods at no cost. If replacing the goods is not feasible, the Seller refunds all payments as outlined in the Distance Agreement. The Seller will respond in writing to the Buyer's complaint within 15 days.
